I would also recommend getting a 6/4 build since more gag tracks are better, and one of those tracks being a support gag (either pres lure or pres tu) but ... WebTU is optional for most TTCC content. Even if no one has it, if everyone has maxed gags and superb coordination and strategy they can steamroll any boss fight. Of course, this plus gags never missing are ideal conditions so it doesn't hurt to have 1 or 2 toons with TU. The Overclocked CLO is a different story, Toonup is essential in that fight.
