WebMy baby back ribs were dry, and lacked any real depth of flavor. The bbq sauce on them was good but the ribs themselves were subpar. Bf felt his porterhouse steak was overpriced. It was tough, and the seasoning blend on it was way excessive - we both agree that a good steak should be lovely on its own with minimal seasoning.
