WebI think we see the town a bit differently. I believe it once was a perfectly nice place and then without going into lore became "evil"(simplest term). The town has a mind of its own and it wasnt people changing the layout of the town. The town it self is bringing places into existence or out of existence. At least that's how I like to see it.
