WebScore is achieved through a high combo, not necessarily accuracy. For example - if you have a play with 95% accuracy but your highest combo was only 60x, you will have a lower score than if you had 91% accuracy with a 200x combo. Webyou get an S if you have zero misses (Full combo =/= zero misses). Your score that has an S but lower combo you had too of gotten a slider break which breaks your combo but does not count as a miss. On your A ranked score you got a higer combo but got at least one miss. Hopefully that makes sense. That makes sense now.
