When using the polyline tool to draw on the map grab panning is disabled and zoom panning is enabled just as I would like. I am actually intending on creating a custom drawing tool similar to the polyline tool in the my places editor.

WebFeb 18, 2016 · An earlier version of Bing Maps had the "My Places Editor". And one of the features there included a tool to calculate distance and area. Is that tool still available? From the editor window that pops up on the right side, choose Import. Browse to your GPX file and choose which collection to load it into.
